What was once a partially unfinished lower level has been fully transformed into a refined, multi-functional extension of the home. While the existing bedroom and bathroom remained, our design reimagined the remaining space to create a cohesive and elevated lower-level experience tailored to both everyday living and entertaining.
The new layout introduces a spacious media room, a custom wine room designed for both storage and tastings, and a fully appointed kitchenette that allows for seamless hosting. A quiet library provides a moment of retreat, while the dedicated workout room—complete with an integrated sauna—brings a wellness-focused element to the home.
Every space was thoughtfully planned to feel intentional yet connected, balancing function with a sophisticated, layered aesthetic that mirrors the main level of the home.
